You can control the number of SMS and Email halt alerts you receive with filters such as time of day, price, volume, and halt codes. The number of halt alerts the market generates will vary each day based on general market conditions and other factors. Historically, the average daily alert volume has been approximately 15 halts, however it can go as high as hundreds per day during highly volatile periods. Multiple halt alerts received at once can be grouped into single alerts, and all alerts can be temporarily muted through your Alert Settings.
Yes. Your Billing Settings provides a summary of all SMS alerts received, as well as a detailed listing of each timestamped alert.
We accept all credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB, and UnionPay. Payments are collected securely using Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers.
We do not. We pay for every delivered SMS text alert and cannot cover the cost of carrier delivery for the volume of free trials we'd expect to receive. Our plans are priced far lower than other comparable services and we believe you will find immediate value in our platform.
Not at all! All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any billing cycle where SMS alerts have been received. However, if you are completely dissatisfied with your service, please contact us so we can work with you personally.
